Transform 402 Standard Full Triangle Breast Forms
The symmetrical triangle shape is easy to fit and looks great on most figure types. Because they are symmetrical, the forms are interchangeable and fit both the left and right side of the body. The full triangle shape has a full front profile and a curved back to conform and fit snugly against the chest wall. The built-in nipples are prominent enough to look real and give a natural appearance. They fit in full figured fashion bras with or without an underwire as well as in prosthetic bras with built-in pockets.

Internal Silicone Gel: Standard weight gel matches natural tissue

Details: Symmetrical to fit either side of the body. Best if worn with the smallest curve at the top (not meant to be turned in different directions). Very full front profile. Easy to fit. Sold in pairs only.
For extra security when worn in regular bra, Transform recommends their Double-Sided tape (sold separately) to help hold your forms in place against your skin. When choosing a form size, it is best to consider your body type and your bra band size. Please read the sizing and fitting guide first to help determine your bra size, and to help you choose your form size. Please note: If you choose to use medical adhesive or adhesives other than Transform's Double Sided tape to affix your breast forms to your skin, please be aware that this action will void any warranty on the forms.
