Single or double weighted balls (sometimes called Ben Wa balls) can be used to exercise PC muscles (kegel exercises) or for gentle stimulation. Smartballs Duo are coated in 100% silicone, including the removal band, which makes for easy cleaning and a long-lasting material. A finger groove at base of the Smartballs Duo and a slightly tapered end makes inserting easy!

There is an inner ball inside of each Smartball that moves inside when you move. The constant and nearly soundless rotation of the inner balls works with everyday movements to set off muscles contractions, thereby strengthening the pelvic floor. Short, regular training phases lead to the most effective improvements in pelvic floor strength.

Length of both balls is 3.75" (not including pull string, which measures 3" in length). The first ball measures 1.27" in diameter, second measures 1.4" in diameter (at widest points).
