How to use Balm+
Put a pea-size amount* on clean, dry fingertip and apply to the skin of the vulva and perineum.
For proactive care, use 2-3 times per week. For comfort and repair, use every day or as needed. For prep before sexual activity, use a few hours before anticipated activity. For additional glide during intimacy, Balm+ pairs well with SUTIL lubricants.
