Leather O-Ring Gag
This gag is a metal O-ring, wrapped in leather, with adjustable leather head straps (D-ring sliding closure). For those who may have trouble breathing comfortably while wearing a ball gag, an O-ring gag can be a good alternative. Open ring can also allow access to the mouth.
