Using a soft tape measure, measure around your rib cage just under the pectoral muscles where the natural chest tissue joins the body. Be sure to keep the tape measure level with the floor when placing it around your body. Take a snug measurement. You are measuring in inches-- if your measurement is closest to an odd number, round up to the next even number (for example, if you measure 33 inches, round up to 34).

Use your physical measurement to choose the band size of this item.  In the example above, the person measuring 33 inches would round up to 34 and choose the 34 B/C/D size.
