Caning was a common form of judicial punishment and official school discipline in many parts of the world in the 19th and 20th centuries. The impact of the standard rattan cane can be very intense; the Hurra Cane takes it up a couple of notches.

Being made of silicone, there isn't a "breaking point" like there is with rattan. Silicone transmits energy very effectively and takes very little effort in terms of strike force.
