Interested in trying yoga? Curious about chakras? Wondering how a yoga practice can help improve your sex life? Join us one Sunday a month for an exploration "the subtle body," a one hour yoga and meditation session designed to help you tune into the energetic centers of the body.

In this 5 class series, we'll cover the first five chakras.

Sunday, January 18 - Come and learn how the root chakra is the foundation of mindful awareness.
Sunday, February 15 - Explore the sacral chakra and its connection to creativity and sexuality
Sunday March 15 - We will examine our relationship with the third chakra, the solar plexus, which is the center of ego, will power and self determination.
Sunday, April 19 - Tap into the heart chakra as the center of openness and emotional intimacy.
Sunday, May 17 - Explore the throat chakra and its relationship to the expression of consent and desire.

Jessica Popp is a Milwaukee area sex nerd and yoga instructor eager to make yoga more accessible to all curious seekers. Passionate about the potential of mindful awareness and yoga practice in the pursuit of health, personal power, and emotional balance, Jessica is eager to share these tools with anyone interested in just being a decent human being in a struggling world. Yoga is for every-body, and every gender. All skill levels are encouraged to join. She'll meet you right where you're at.

Men Below the Belt with Rebecca Steinmetz

This class starts by exploring the male anatomy and our feelings about it. After a brief lesson on pleasure points we move on to instructions for what makes a stellar handjob and then techniques to give a mind-blowing blowjob, all without gagging or getting a sore jaw! Couples Massage with Kari Nabbefeld

Get ready for Mother's Day with a nurturing morning of partner massage. Learn how to improve intimacy and reduce stress with your partner through massage. In this class we will cover the basics of Swedish Massage, and learn ways to work massage into your everyday life, creating opportunities for you and your partner to escape from stress, and open lines of communication through the power of touch. Together we can develop a routine and establish dialogue useful when speaking with your partner about touch. Both partners will take turns giving and receiving massage with Kari's guidance. At the end of this class you will receive materials that you can consult at home.

Kari L. Nabbefeld is a Licensed Massage Therapist, and a Graduate of Fox Valley School of Massage in Appleton, Wisconsin. As a freelance therapist she dose not work at a spa but rather works events around Milwaukee ranging from small parties to workplace or festival events. Passionate about prenatal, infant and sports massage, she is available for individual appointments.

This class will cover several of the sexiest and most time honored moves that form the basis of most burlesque acts. Learn a short routine that includes struts, glove peels, feather boa work and other moves.

Wear comfortable clothes and bring a set of heels. Don't worry-- everyone's clothes will stay on during this class.
