Our custom foam hip and rear pads are placed strategically on the back to add rounded buttock area and on the hips to add curves. Pads are removable for washing or changing the look under different garments. 4 foam pads are included with the panty: 2 hip pads and 2 rear pads. Available in small-3X in black.
