CLASS: Ready, Set, Flirt!
Ready, Set, Flirt!
with Allison Catherine
Thursday, May 9, 8:30 pm
Get in and buckle up because in 2019 we're into healthy relationships built on trust and communication! But first things first, how do I tell that cutie I'm into them?
Flirting is a topic that seems simple, but has been confounded with years of conflicting social messages often guided by misinformation about sex and gender. Are the lines really blurred or were the premises just wrong? In this class we will explore flirting from a Who, When, and How framework that applies to all folks regardless of sex, gender, or preferences. We will share ideas of how to flirt from the perspective of healthy and unhealthy attractions instead. What do our unhealthy attractions look like and why are we so drawn to them? What do our healthy attractions look like and why can they be so frightening?
This class is welcoming to people of all genders and orientations.
Q&A at the end of the class.
